Yes, you'll both feel each others emotions. And a longing for each other occurs. Of course once a psi-vamp feeds on someone, they can feed again later on that person, even unconsciously.

Arcane: Ohh okay makes sense..thanks for clarifying...they can feed unconciously even without the psi vamps knowledge that they are doing that? Is that possible?

Once there's a link, or even a hook in a chakra, all it takes is either party to think about the other person and the link re-establishes instantly, and either side can pull.

These often happen without either party being aware, mainly because the vast majority of psi-vamps have no skill or awareness of what they are doing. Most psi-vamps don't even know they ARE psi-vamps. They just feel better around lots of energized people.

Even those that are skilled to an extent tend to not disconnect hooks, and end up getting messed with by the other person's emotional needs.
